During the Holidays our shipping partners charge a peak surcharge, this is why our shipping cost will be slightly higher in December.
Dispatching times
The delivery time depends on the product.
Products in stock (e.g., sweaters, toys, beds, etc.) are typically shipped within 3-5 working days.
Our dog biscuits are freshly baked, which means it takes a bit longer before we can ship them. The same applies to our handmade collars, bow ties, leashes, and bandanas. These items are crafted by hand once an order is placed. This approach helps us reduce waste and minimize our ecological pawprint.
Please allow approximately 1.5 weeks before we can ship these items.
Once we’ve shipped your package, delivery takes an average of 1-2 days with Bpost parcel service. With PostNL, it usually takes 3-4 days, though they do deliver on Saturdays. Bpost mailbox shipping is the slowest option and can take up to a week or longer, it's also without track & trace.

Delivery methods
Depending on the destination we use Bpost, PostNL and DPD. The charges are indicated to the Customer before the final validation of his order. Please note the customer is responsible for any kind of import taxes that might apply.
Return
You have 14 calendar days to return an order, calculated from the day following the delivery of the product. Once you have requested a return by sending an e-mail to [email protected], your returned package must reach us within 7 days.
Since we are a small independent business, return costs are carried by the customer. You can choose your own shipping method, but we strongly recommend shipping with tracking option, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our office or store.
Postage costs will only be refunded if you have received a product that was not the product you ordered or if the product was damaged when you received it.
If the product you are returning satisfies all the conditions (in new condition, in its original packaging, unused, unworn and unwashed etc.), your choice of refund will be executed asap.
